頻率設(shè)置錯(cuò)誤,個(gè)人認(rèn)為
你中心頻率設(shè)置成800Thz,掃頻設(shè)置成8——18GHz中心頻率沒有在掃頻范圍內(nèi),有兩種改法一種是把中心頻率該在8-18GHz以內(nèi) 比如10GHz,另一種是把掃頻該在包含中心頻率的范圍內(nèi)。你模型的尺寸是納米級(jí)的 估計(jì)頻率在THz建議該掃頻。
是的,但是即便設(shè)置到700——1000thz的掃頻還是說Given the specified frequency and model dimensions,an extremely large mesh will be required to produce an accurate solution.Your model and/or frequency units may be set incorrectly,并且停在網(wǎng)格劃分上,這怎么辦啊
同感,遇到同樣的情況,換11或12就ok了
我仿真天線的時(shí)候也出現(xiàn)了這種問題,我認(rèn)為是模型的電尺寸太大了(我的模型接近30個(gè)波長(zhǎng)),HFSS剖分會(huì)不會(huì)很困難...
不知道你的這個(gè)問題解決了沒有?
